The presentation is about how little by little people associated with Hamas took advantage of American culture and built coalitions to paint Israel and Zionism in a negative light. The presentation will start with the 1960’s Soviet propaganda, and the absorption of these ideas by groups such as black power and some anti-Vietnam war groups and then later penetrated academia and other progressive groups, including politicians, particularly in the Democratic Party. The talk is about how current antisemitism and anti-Zionist hostility has been built for decades and how pro- Hamas groups influence progressives, journalists and academics to tilt the tide against Israel and Zionism in a systematic way.
