We all have a chronological age, how old you are, and a biological age, measured by how well your organs and systems function. Nothing can change how old you are but there are many things that can help you become healthier. Studies show you can be 70 and have the physiology of a 50 year old, (and vise versa), depending on how well you take care of yourself. What you do now greatly affects your health and well-being now and in the future. Nothing beats good health!
